We pre-calculate our pricing so that all shipping costs are included in the total price you see — no surprises at checkout.

📦 New Zealand Shipping

Within Auckland
We use standard NZ Post door-to-door delivery for all orders.
Single Boxes (1 x 10L Source Water Box)
Delivered door-to-door nationwide via NZ Post.
Multiple Boxes / Outside Auckland
For heavier orders (more than one box) or deliveries outside Auckland, we use KiwiExpress — specialists in handling large items across Aotearoa.
- If you're in a city or township, your order will be delivered directly to your door.
- If you're classified as rural by our courier partner, delivery will be made to the nearest depot for collection. We’ll advise you of the depot location.
Rural Door-to-Door Option
If you're in a rural area (outside Auckland) and prefer delivery to your door, you can order multiple units of our "North Island One" or "South Island One" products. These are shipped individually via NZ Post and delivered directly to you.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship internationally using DHL Couriers. All displayed prices include taxes, tariffs, and duties — nothing extra for you to pay.

For USA Customers:
Duties and tariffs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Orders under USD $800 are not subject to any tariff fees.
Orders USD $800 or more will incur a 10% tariff, which will be added to your total at checkout.

We collect this amount on your behalf and handle the payment directly with U.S. Customs.

If your local customs department requests additional payment, please let them know it should be invoiced directly to us at Source water. You're also welcome to contact us, and we’ll help resolve the issue on your behalf.
