Pickups require forward planning and are by appointment only from our family property in North-West Auckland (near Kumeū). How It Works: 

Step 1) Place your order first — we don’t discuss available times before an order is confirmed, as slots often fill quickly and can’t be held without an order. A guide to our available collection times is listed below.
Step 2) You’ll receive an email to schedule your pickup. Reply with your preferred day/time. Please allow at least 24 hours’ notice. If you need a specific day or time, we recommend planning several days ahead, especially for out-of-town visitors with time constraints.
Step 3) We’ll confirm your booking or suggest an alternative.

Order with Confidence: If we can’t find a time that works, we’re happy to refund or switch your order to delivery (additional cost).

Sun: 11am–1pm | Tues–Wed: 11am–5pm | Thurs: 11am-3pm | No Pickups: Mon, Fri, Sat & public holidays

Need Source last minute? While we’re unable to offer drop-in purchases from our home, you can visit one of our trusted retail partners for convenient walk-in purchases. You’ll find a list of stockists on our website.
