Note: Pickups are by appointment only from our family property in North-West Auckland (near Kumeū) — this is not a retail store experience. 

How It Works: 

Step 1) Place your order first — we don’t discuss available times before an order is confirmed, as slots often fill quickly and can’t be held without an order.
Step 2) You’ll receive an email to schedule your pickup. Reply with your preferred day/time (please allow at least 24 hours’ notice, including for out-of-town visitors).
Step 3) We’ll confirm your booking or suggest an alternative.

Order with Confidence: If we can’t find a time that works, we’re happy to refund or switch your order to delivery (additional cost).

Sun: 11am–1pm | Mon–Thurs: 10am–5pm | Closed: Fri, Sat & public holidays
Christmas Hours: Closed 24–26 Dec & 31 Dec – 2 Jan
